Private James Edward Shea
Passes away in Bermuda

On Wednesday afternoon, Mrs. James Shea, Kent St. E. received the sad intelligence that her son, Pte. James Edward Shea, had passed away at Bermuda, after suffering from a pelvic abscess. The deceased was a member of the 38th Battalion and enlisted with the 45th Regiment Lindsay on May 31st. He was in his eighteen year.

The dead soldier is survived by his sorrowing mother, three sisters and two brothers. The news of his sad death came as a great shock to Mrs. Shea, who will have the sympathy of the community in her sad bereavement.
